Description

The PCD Test sets include process challenge devices (PMS) with different air removal characteristics. The test sets have been developed to monitor the penetration characteristics of the sterilization agent to ensure penetration inside of the hollow devices.

Test sets and PCDs are suitable for Steam & Ethylene Oxide sterilization processes using the related indicator strip.
Only the use of a PCD & Test sets allows the monitoring of sterility inside of complex hollow instruments, like tubes.
PCD is cost-effective due to multiple uses. Only one indicator strip is required for each sterilization process.
Easy interpretation of the results due to precise colour change.
Environment friendly as lead free ink is being used to manufacture the indicator.
